From November 15, the water will be pumped uphill via two 400 horsepower pumps to 24 recently installed snow guns capable of switching on and off automatically according to the conditions.

Bogus Basin General Manager, Brad Wilson, said: “We’ll have everything ready to go probably in the next two weeks…The amount of water we can pump uphill is 1500 gallons a minute.”
