As reported by British newspaper The Daily Telegraph, the French ski resort of La Rosière has begun work on adding two new chairlifts as part of an expansion project set to cost €15 million.

So far, lift huts and concrete pylon mounts have been installed for the two 6-seater chairlifts, which will cost €13.5 million; one, the Moulins Express, will transport visitors to a series of new red pistes, from where they can go up to 2800 m via the other chairlift, the Mont Valaisan Express.

It is expected that the chairlifts will be operational by December 2018.
