Remarkables chairlift delayed

A NZ$16 million replacement chairlift at the Remarkables skifield in Queenstown, New Zealand, will not be ready in time for this winter’s ski season, according to the Otago Daily Times.

Grand Avenue Nordic Center could get snowmaking capacity boost

The city council of Duluth in Minnesota, US, is expected to take up a resolution on Monday authorising city staff to apply for state and federal grants totalling up to US$150 000 to help purchase an additional pump and four more snowmaking guns.
